FAQ - Can I Cancel and/or Make Changes to the Order I Just Placed?

  • It is only possible to make a change to your order within two (2) hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed (including address changes). We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact us via email at customersvc@zazzykreationsbykz.com (within 2 hours) with your order number and change/cancellation request details included.
