FAQ - Can I Cancel and/or Make Changes to the Order I Just Placed?

  • It is only possible to make a change to your order within two (2) hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed (including address changes). We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact us via email at customersvc@zazzykreationsbykz.com (within 2 hours) with your order number and change/cancellation request details included.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items that are not customized, personalized, on sale or purchased with a discount code can be returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition, and will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
