FAQ - Shipping

  • All items are made to order.
  • Please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to receive and process your order.
  • All orders received after 5:00 pm (EST) will be considered a next business day order. Business days include Monday - Friday, and exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Orders received after 5:00 pm (EST) on Friday will continue processing on the next business day.
  • After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and should be delivered to you within an additional 5-10 business days.
  • You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track your order once it has shipped.
  • Multiple items in one order may be shipped separately. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
