FAQ - Wrong/Damaged Item

  • In the unfortunate event you should receive the wrong and/or a damaged item, please email us as soon as possible at customersvc@zazzykreationsbykz.com advising us of the issue, along with pictures depicting the damage and/or showing it's the wrong item.
  • We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
  • We will advise if you will need to send us the damaged/wrong item.
