The address on my order is wrong. How can I change it?

  • Please verify that your address is correct during checkout AND once you receive the order confirmation.
  • If you notice your address is wrong, please let us know via email within two (2) hours of placing your order. We start the production process within 2 hours after we receive notification of your order and it's difficult to change an address after production has started. 
  • We will try our best to work with you if you notice it after the two (2) hour mark, but we can't promise it can be redirected. You may have to work directly with the shipping carrier to have it rerouted.

When is my item shipping?

  • Please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to receive and process your order. All orders received after 4pm (EST) will be considered a next business day order. Business days include Monday - Friday, and exclude weekends and holidays. Orders received after 4pm (EST) on Friday will continue processing on the next business day.
  • You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track your item(s) once it has shipped.

I received a shipping notification, but it's not showing any movement. What's going on?

  • Lately, USPS has not been scanning in packages at every destination so it may take a few days before the tracking shows any movement. Give it some time. Your item is on the way to you.

Can I purchase upgraded shipping?

  • If applicable, upgraded shipping options will be shown at checkout.

I opted to have a name added to my item. Where do I submit that information?

  • If you ordered an item that comes with personalization, there will be a box on the checkout page that states "add a note to your order". Please leave your information (names, messages for bestie mugs, etc.) in this box. 
  • If you forget to do so, you can email us at customersvc@zazzykreationsbykz.com with the information as well.

I received the wrong item and/or my item is damaged. What do I need to do?

  • In the unfortunate event you should receive the wrong and/or a damaged item, please email us as soon as possible at customersvc@zazzykreationsbykz.com advising us of the issue, along with pictures depicting the damage. 
  • We will either send out a replacement as soon as possible or issue you a store credit.
  • We will advise if you will need to send us the damaged/wrong item.

How do I care for my item(s)?

  • Backpacks: Spot clean with a cloth using gentle soap and warm water. No harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
  • Bath Rug: Easy cleaning, machine/hand washable in cold water. Air dry. Do NOT bleach or tumble dry.
  • Buttons: Wipe any dirt or dust off with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Car Seat Covers: Hand wash.
  • Car Windshield Sun Shade: Wipe with a cloth using gentle soap and warm water. No harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
  • Carry-All Pouch: Spot clean with a cloth using gentle soap and warm water. No harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
  • Cosmetic Bags: Spot clean with a cloth using gentle soap and warm water. No harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
  • Decorative Throw Pillow Cases: Machine Washable.
  • Drawstring Bag: Spot clean with a cloth using gentle soap and warm water. No harsh chemicals or cleaning products.

  • Throw Pillow CoverRemove the pillow cover. Pre-treat any stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that has been soaked in warm soap water. Machine wash, max 104 degree Fahrenheit, normal cycle. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Do not dry clean. Fluff to reshape when assembled back together.
  • Tote Bag: Wipe clean with a cloth. No harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
  • Travel Bag: Wipe with a cloth using gentle soap and warm water. No harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
  • Umbrella: Leave open to dry. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
