General Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at zazzykreationsbykz.com. We process orders daily Monday through Friday.
Standard shipping fees are included in all of the listed prices. We offer standard shipping through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Delivery options for PO Boxes, military locations, and expedited services are also available.
- Due to issues with the USPS, tracking may or may not show movement for a few days (or more), even if the package has been dropped off and/or initially scanned by the USPS.
- Neither Media Mail, Standard Mail, nor Priority Mail are guaranteed mail delivery options. Therefore, we can not guarantee a delivery date or time frame. Please order with this notice in mind.
- Caused by force majeure, shipping is currently unstable due to COVID-19.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to receive and process your order. All orders received after 4pm (EST) will be considered a next business day order. Business days include Monday - Friday, and exclude weekends and holidays. Orders received after 4pm (EST) on Friday will continue processing on the next business day.
Please note that the processing and shipping times noted on the product pages do not reflect the increased volume of shipping during the holiday season and back to school season. Some orders may be delayed due to this increased volume. Please allow extra time for processing and/or shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct during checkout AND once you receive the order confirmation. If you notice your address is wrong, please let us know immediately, but no later than two (2) hours of placing your order.
We start production of orders within two (2) hours after we receive notification of your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to change your address.
We will try our best to work with you if you notice it after the two (2) hour mark, but we can't promise it can be redirected. You may have to work directly with the shipping carrier to have it rerouted. We are not responsible for packages getting delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part.
If an order is returned to Zazzy Kreations by KZ LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Zazzy Kreations by KZ is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Purchasing Multiple Items
Since we do use printing companies to help with fulfillment, there is a possibility that your items may arrive separately if your order contains more than one item. You will receive separate tracking numbers in this situation.
You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped. Lately, USPS has not been scanning in packages at every destination so it may take a few days before the tracking shows any movement. Give it some time. Your item is on the way to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zazzy Kreations by KZ LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Damaged or Missing Items
It is possible for items to be damaged during transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to mishandling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please send us an email at email@example.com with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.
If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it, if it is in stock, or receive a store credit. You must initiate the process within 14 days of the item being marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If requested, you will have an additional 7 days for us to receive the item back. After 21 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits shall be considered or accepted.
Purchases made from a gift card will be refunded by an online store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, THERE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC $20 RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE 'STORE CREDIT' YOU WOULD BE ENTITLED TO, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE SHIPPING FEES.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Be sure to include your order number and/or name the order was placed under in all correspondence with Zazzy Kreaions by KZ LLC.
